Twenty-five years in tech. Then October 2024, when I left to give my work fully to the body.

What I do now is precision somatic work for folks who have already done the cortex-level work and have hit the place where insight stops being the answer. The conversation has been useful. The conversation also has a ceiling.

My work is teaching the body the language of breath and return. As an felt experience that is deep, body-based and even a little fun.

Loving yourself more is not a slogan to me. It is a practice I rebuild every day. Three breaths in the kitchen. A hand on the chest before opening an email. The decision to feel a thing instead of explain it. Small returns. Repeated. That is the whole shape of the work.

Alchemy by Love is the nonprofit I built to hold this work at scale. A place where the practice can be offered at the price the work asks for, and where a person who could not otherwise come can have their seat sponsored by others who have the resources to give.
